Making a purchase online is very easy, simply add items to your basket and proceed to the checkout where you can pay via Paypal.

Shipping costs will be added to your purchases. There are three types of shipping costs depending on your total final purchase

Items will be sent standard First Class using Royal Mail service
Upto £19.99 P&P costs £1.75
Upto £39.99 P&P costs £2.75
Over £40.00 p&p cost £3.75

Refunds
We will accept refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact KittiesCloset via email stating your request for a refund and we will advise you further. Return postage charges will not be refunded.

KittiesCloset can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. All items are packed carefully to prevent any damage in transit and are sent with proof of posting. In the event of any lost or damaged items, please contact me within 7 days and I will send out the postal receipt and proof of posting for you to claim your money back. If you wish for your item to be sent by recorded delivery please email me for a revised invoice.
